GamerHost.pro CSIRT is the security team of GamerHost s.r.o., focused on improving security across the GamerHost network and the quality of the services provided. GamerHost s.r.o. is a Czech hosting company operating its own infrastructure and the autonomous system AS50338, also active in Slovakia and other European markets. GamerHost.pro CSIRT is responsible for handling security incidents within the AS50338 network.

Reporting a security incident
Report security incidents to abuse@gamerhost.pro. Please include:
- Contact details (name, organisation, e-mail)
- Type of incident (DDoS, spam, malware, phishing, scanning, other)
- Date and time of the incident in UTC
- Source and destination IP addresses
- Attack/scan reports: a portion of the log with the records
- Spam reports: the complete unmodified e-mail header
- Phishing reports: the URL and, if possible, the page source code
