What is the deployment timeline?
Typically 24-48 hours from order confirmation. For non-standard configurations (custom-built hardware) the timeline may be longer - we arrange it individually.
What if I need non-standard hardware?
No problem. Describe your requirements in the inquiry and we will check availability and prepare an offer. We regularly handle GPU servers, large RAM configurations and specific storage requirements.
Can I upgrade the server anytime?
Yes. We usually replace RAM, disks and network cards within 24 hours with minimal downtime. A CPU upgrade requires planned downtime. We handle everything individually.
What is the minimum contract length?
Monthly billing with no minimum commitment. For annual contracts we offer a discount - we arrange it individually.
